Data policy
Where your photos and data are stored, how long we keep them, and how to get them deleted.

Google Drive backup
Uploads are copied to a PhotoSelections-managed Google Drive in folders organised as your studio › client › event, with separate Originals and Previews folders for every event. Each photo keeps its Drive file ID, so selections always point to the correct original.
Separation between accounts
Every photographer’s data is separated by account. Galleries are reachable only by their secure link, and AI face search only compares a selfie against the photos in that one gallery.
Deleting data
- Photographers can delete events, and their photos, from the dashboard at any time.
- To close your account and erase your data, or to remove a guest selfie, email support@pckey.in. We complete requests within 30 days.
Exporting data
You can download selected originals from each event at any time. For a full export of your account, contact support.
