PhotoSelections is an online workspace for photographers in India. It lets clients pick their favourite photos from a private gallery, lets wedding guests find their own photos with a selfie, and includes an invitation designer, a portfolio website builder and GST-ready invoices and quotations.

Yes. The Free plan includes one customer and up to 199 photos with the complete selection workflow, plus invitations, a website and invoices. No card is required.

No. Clients open your private link, enter the 6-digit access code and start selecting. It works on any phone or computer.

JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC photos of any size. Each photo is compressed in your browser to a high-quality WebP under 1 MB before it is uploaded, so even large events upload quickly on mobile data.

No. Your originals never leave your computer. Clients browse light previews, and when they submit you build a ZIP of the exact original files (including RAW) on your own computer from the Download selected originals section.

Previews are uploaded straight from your browser to Google Drive, in folders organised by photographer, customer and event. Event photos are deleted from Drive automatically 90 days after upload.

Only if you allow it. Each event has separate switches for viewing, downloading single photos and downloading everything.

You create an AI gallery and upload event photos. Faces are detected in your browser and stored as numeric descriptors. A guest opens the gallery link, takes a selfie, and sees the photos from that event in which their face appears.

Every search is limited to one gallery. A selfie can never be matched against another event or another studio, and selfies are visible only to administrators.

Basic, Silver and Gold include AI face recognition.

Yes. Every line of text and all four colours can be changed, and the preview updates as you type. You can also add an event schedule or a YouTube video link.

Each invitation gets its own link that you can share on WhatsApp, by email or as a QR code. Guests can also save it as a PDF.

Open My Website, click Auto-fill all options to fill every section with ready-written content, choose one of more than 100 templates, add your photos and click Publish.

Your site lives at photoselections.net/studio/your-name. You choose the name part yourself.

Yes. Add your GSTIN in Invoice settings and set the GST percentage on each document; totals are calculated automatically.

Yes. Add your UPI ID and every invoice shows a QR code for the exact amount, alongside your bank details.

There are 54 PDF themes (6 layouts in 9 colours). Use Print / Save PDF to download any document.

Open Subscription in your dashboard, choose a plan and pay through Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Your plan is activated once the payment is confirmed — usually within a few hours.

No. Plans are paid in advance for the period shown and do not auto-renew.
