How do I create invoices and quotations with PhotoSelections?
PhotoSelections Invoice & Quotation is a billing tool for photographers that creates GST-ready invoices and quotations with UPI payment QR codes, in 54 printable PDF themes.
Send a professional quotation before the booking and a clear invoice after the shoot — with your logo, GST number, bank details and a UPI QR code your client can scan to pay.
What are the steps?

Set up your business once
Open Invoice settings and add your studio name, GSTIN, address, phone, email and logo.

Choose a PDF theme
Pick one of 54 themes — six layouts (Classic, Modern band, Minimal, Bordered, Side stripe, Elegant serif) in nine colours — and align your logo left, centre or right.

Add payment details and terms
Enter your bank name, account number, IFSC and UPI ID, and your contract, copyright and cancellation terms. Every document includes them automatically.

Save your common items
Add predefined items with prices (for example “Wedding photography | 45000”) and reusable notes, so new documents take seconds.

Create, print and track
Create an invoice or quotation, pick items, set GST, and use Print / Save PDF. Mark it as sent, paid or cancelled to keep track.

Common questions
Can I create quotations as well as invoices?
Yes. Choose Quotation as the document type; it shows “Valid until” instead of a due date.
How do I download an invoice as PDF?
Open the document and click Print / Save PDF, then choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.
Is GST calculated automatically?
Yes. Enter the GST percentage and the tax and total are calculated when the document is saved.
