Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PhotoSelections. By creating an account or using a gallery, you agree to them.

1. The service

PhotoSelections is provided by PCKEY Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Sambalpur, Odisha, India. It lets photographers upload photos, share private galleries, collect selections, run AI face search, back up files to Google Drive, publish portfolio websites and create invoices.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

3. Your content

You own the photos and content you upload. You give us permission to store, process, back up and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload it and to share it with your clients and their guests.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing or abusive content; do not try to access other users’ galleries or data; and do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Plans and payment

  • Paid plans are charged in advance for the period shown on the pricing page, through Razorpay, in Indian rupees.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. When a plan expires, your account moves to the limits of the Free plan; your content is not deleted.
  • Prices may change for future purchases; we will show the current price before you pay.
  • Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Availability and backups

We work hard to keep PhotoSelections available and to back up files to Google Drive, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of important originals.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using PhotoSelections at any time and ask us to close your account. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Sambalpur, Odisha have jurisdiction over any dispute.
