How does PhotoSelections work?

PhotoSelections is an online photo selection tool for photographers: you upload previews, your client picks favourites from a private link, and you zip the matching originals — in four steps, in any browser.

What are the four steps?

    Create an event and upload previews

    Add the customer name, event date and a selection limit, then choose your photos. Each photo is compressed in your browser to a high-quality WebP under 1 MB and uploaded straight to Google Drive. Your originals and RAW files stay on your computer.

    Share a private link

    Send the gallery link, a 6-digit access code, or a QR code over WhatsApp, email or SMS. Only people with the link and the code can open it.

  3. 3

    Your client selects favourites

    Clients tap the photos they love and see a live counter against your limit. When they are happy they submit, and you are notified instantly.

    Zip the selected originals

    Choose your originals folder; PhotoSelections matches the selected file names on your computer and builds a ZIP of the untouched originals (including RAW) in the same folder structure. Nothing is uploaded.

How do guests find their photos with AI face search?

For large events, create an AI gallery and share its link or QR code. Faces in your photos are detected in your browser. Each guest takes a selfie and sees only the photos from that event in which they appear. Searches never cross into another event, and selfies are visible only to administrators.
