PhotoSelections is operated by PCKEY Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Sambalpur, Odisha, India (“we”, “us”). This policy applies to photoselections.net, the photographer dashboard, client galleries and AI face search pages.

1. Information we collect

Photographer accounts: name, email address, phone number, address, password (stored as a one-way hash), plan and payment status.
Content you upload: photos, event and customer details, invoices, quotations and portfolio website content.
Client and guest data: photo selections; for AI face search, the guest’s name, phone number, email address and selfie.
Payments: processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Usage data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and Google Analytics.
Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

2. How we use information

To provide galleries, selections, face search, Google Drive backup and the other features you use.
To send account emails such as verification, password reset, invitations and plan updates.
To provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the service secure.
To understand how the product is used and improve it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run PhotoSelections — Google (Drive storage and Analytics), Razorpay (payments), our email provider and our hosting provider — and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms, a local setting to remember your light or dark theme, and Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting core features.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Photographers can delete events and their photos at any time. Guest selfies are kept only as long as needed to complete the search for that gallery. See our data policy for details.

6. Your rights

You can access and update your details in Settings, and you may ask us to correct or delete your personal data or close your account by emailing support@pckey.in. Guests can ask us, or the photographer, to remove their selfie and search details.

7. Photographers as data controllers

Photographers decide which client and event photos they upload and who they share galleries with, and are responsible for having permission to do so. We process that content on their behalf.

8. Children

Photographer accounts are for adults (18+). Photos of minors are uploaded by photographers under their own responsibility and consent from parents or guardians.
